Butterfly Kyodai is a straightforward mahjong game that showcases a variety of lovely butterflies. If you pair up two butterflies that are identical to one another, they will take flight.
In this version of mahjong, the objective is to clear the board of all of its tiles before the blue bar at the top of the screen runs out of space. If you are able to pair, the blue bar will fill up a little bit more, giving you more time to complete each puzzle. If you are unable to pair, the bar will remain empty. The inclusion of fences and various other obstacles in each level makes the game significantly more difficult. This puzzle game will put your ability to solve as many puzzles as you can in the allotted amount of time to the test.
You are awarded hints and shuffles as bonus items for every level that you successfully complete. Tap the Magic Wand tile whenever you are at a loss for a combination to reveal any other possible outcomes. If you feel like you have used all of your moves, you can use the shuffle icon to get some new ones.
Controls
To find a brick that matches a butterfly wing, tap on the wing. Matching is only possible between cells in the event that there is a line running between them. There are no other cells that this road can go through. It must not turn any further than twenty degrees. There is one notable exception to this rule: if you have two identical tiles that are directly adjacent to one another, you can combine them without the necessity of drawing a line in between them.
